Brothers,
I would like to thank my brothers for their vote of confidence,
I guarantee to you all my 110% dedication to Liberty-Continental Lodge.
We have often discussed how to get on the road to recovery and from a few observations have come to discover that communication, follow through and follow up are some of the key weakness at the lodge. These elements are the key to the success of any organization or program and communication is only as good as the source. Revisions are important and valuable with keeping within current Grand Lodge practices, therefore we will purge the lodge of any old editions and keep a file of one or two copies archived for historical importance or used as reference.
Monday night meetings need to become and will become more than twice a month business meetings but more as nights of Masonic education and activity. With this I remind all brethren that the learning of ritual is not the sole responsibility of the Master but that of every brother within the lodge. For newly admitted brothers, and for the sponsors of candidates, I leave it to the sponsors to remain in contact with each candidate and help them to become proficient in their ritual.
I earnestly seek your ideas, suggestions and even if possible your regular attendance at lodge meetings though I remind you with out risk to God, vocation, family or yourself.
With no easy or short way of saying it brothers we have allot of work to do.
With all of your support we can make short order of a lot of work.
Remember Free Masonry and Liberty-Continental is what you put into it.
